Shipping is free in the United States. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
International customers must contact me via e-mail for information concerning any additional shipping charges. These additional charges must be paid before the item will be shipped. International customers are also responsible for import fees due upon delivery.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to our acceptance. At any time after receipt of your order, we may, in our sole discretion, accept or decline your order. If your order is declined, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment if you were previously charged. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may refuse or cancel orders placed for that item and will issue a refund to your original form of payment if you were previously charged.
SHIPPING
Most items are shipped free in the United States via UPS or FedX. However, some items, such as furniture, three-dimensional artworks, or two-dimensional art that is framed or gallery wrapped will have additional shipping costs. These additional shipping costs must be pre-paid before the item is processed and shipped. If additional shipping costs apply, we will contact you with instructions on how to prepay for these orders. All orders with additional shipping charges are subject to our acceptance. International customers will have additional shipping costs and may also be responsible for import fees upon delivery. At any time after receipt of your order, we may, in our sole discretion, accept or decline your order based on our inability to ship an item. If your order is declined, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment if you were previously charged.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for incorrect orders or damaged items. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us via email at info@alankinnard.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please do not discard or destroy the item or packaging until your claim has been completely processed. This could result in the denial of your claim. See the Damaged Items section below.
INCORRECT ORDERS
We will refund or replace an incorrect order (that we fulfilled by mistake):
Email information about the incorrect item that you received instead.
Specify whether you want a refund or a replacement
If you choose a replacement, indicate which item (of equal value) you would like to receive
Upon approval, you can return your item (if possible, in the same packaging as you received it).
Shipping fees will be waived.
Whether you choose a refund or replacement, your refund or replacement will be processed within approximately 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of the undamaged item.
All refunds will be processed through your original method of payment.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is damaged during shipping, please send photos and a description of the damage via email to info@alankinnard.com. We will work with the shipping service to determine how the claim is processed. Following the return of the damaged item, refunds and replacements will be processed within approximately 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Only items that are damaged can be refunded or exchanged for an item of equal value. Lack of adequate evidence of damage may result in denial of the damaged item claim at the sole discretion of Alan Kinnard Enterprises, LLC.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Alan Kinnard Enterprises, LLC will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the shipping address provided with an order.
We will be able to provided the shipping address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer if requested.
